I think that all pvp related skills (health, toughness, strength and regeneration) should be remove to give all players who haven't spent hours grinding away at skills like foraging and excavation a chance at fighting some who have. Just revert pvp back to how it is in vanilla. It's really hard to combat someone with max regeneration alone, since the stat is so potent it gives people without it no chance at survival.
