"Faster Hoppers" is a plugin made so hoppers can transfer items way faster. This can be used to make better farms and reduce lag on the server.

(This can be varied to 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 64 blocks per second, so the owner can set it to what seems to be the best for the server.)
